Check Requests

We are always happy to mail your check request to the address on record. All checks are mailed after 5:00pm on the day the request is received by our staff (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays). Once the checks are mailed, WSFCU does not have any control over when the post office will deliver your mail. While most members receive their checks on a timely basis, unfortunately delayed checks are becoming a more common occurrence.

Please allow extra time to receive your check by mail, or if you need the funds right away, we suggest that you stop by the office to pickup your check in person if possible.

If it has been over ten days since your check was mailed and it has not been received, please contact us and we can discuss what options are available.

We have made USPS aware of this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
